Rimfire Challenge Shooting Association® is pleased to announce that Wayne Kidd has been appointed to the newly created position of RCSA Rules Administrator.
Wayne is a USPSA Range Officer with Steel Challenge and Multigun endorsements. He has participated in many Rimfire Challenge events. Additionally he competes in Metal Madness, Steel Challenge, and GSSF matches.
In 2022 he served as a RO at the RCSA World Championship. He has been actively involved in helping with updates to the soon to be released 2023 RCSA Rulebook.
